Jean Basics

By |Published On: August 19th, 2014|

There’s two things I can endlessly talk about (and shop for): shoes and jeans. These are also the two things I find most difficult to let go of when I have to “clean” my wardrobe. Somehow all of the pairs seem to have their important message and they seem to never be out of trend. Besides each pair has a story to tell, a memory or a “love letter” attached. And I love when every year the denim comes back re-touched, re-invented by fashion designers. This year I am falling head over heels for the all-in-jeans look. The options are endless, but the secret is to style it up with the right accessories. Here I’ve build it all around the vintage ETRO belt.

It seems it isn’t just me and my love affair with jeans (Acne, J Brand, RJP, R13). There’s the creative duo behind the Jean Stories – – who launched a website for all sisters. The idea is just incredibly cool and the selection of stories is lovable. By the way, my favourite story is Brett Heyman’s story and her pair of RJP’s.
