I‘ve started the series ‘Mums in Heels’ because I know how self-deprecating and self-critical women can be, especially after giving birth.
Often after childbirth, women lose the ability to look at themselves objectively in the mirror; they no longer see an amazing woman staring back. If only they could see past their feelings, they would realize how smart, bold, loving and caring they really are.
Becoming a mum often changes women profoundly, robbing women of confidence, drowning them in guilt and leaving them feeling unworthy of love.
